What We Did.
Wet Work & Carpentry
Wet Work:
-Lay canvas to protect existing site finishes
-Supply and install premium Korea’s Vinyl tiles + solid wood floor skirting
-Hack and remove existing skirting and plastering
-Installation of light fitting and fan + 5 new plug point
-Purchase of light & fan
-Wall painting and 1 feature wall in cement texture paint
Carpentry：
-Walk in wardrobe: melamine carcass come with imported anti-jump sliding door
-Island Cabinet: Melamine carcass with American Walnut solid wood top dining table.
-Customized Black Out Curtain with motorized remote control.

This walnut beauty seamlessly fit in and gives the kitchen instant burst of definition and character.
Its matte finishing, color and solid wood itself work perfectly against the kitchen’s crisp and clean lines. And this Jomeco signature table can seat up to four. Did someone say lunch gathering?

Windows in this house are huge. A lot of warmth comes into the house via sunlights.
We dress it up with a motorized curtain, which is also in black out material that adds coziness to the space.
In front of the window, there is one real beauty. It is a long and high table that attached to walls.
The walnut high table paired with walnut high stools and black metal accents, instantly modernise the space, while instilling a clean cut finish to a complementary scheme.
Another highlight of the space is the green teal side wall.
Green teal is not only an on-trend color, it brings in a little luxe to the space. It works very well here.
Living Room.
The cement paint gives the featured wall texture and interest, a decorative detail that channel a sleek, modern industrial vibe while keeping the decor light and fresh.
Cool featured wall contrast with warm solid wood table, or the comfy leather seating, revealing a sense of multi-layered beauty.
Furnishing.
Furnishings with simple and clean lines are consistent throughout. Jomeco kept the TV rack low-slung to emphasise the tall ceilings and also bring in a more casual energy.
